What staff can do

Staff can read the messages, the agreed price and payment method, and any evidence you attach. They can leave the deal open, restore it, or cancel it, and they store a reason. The messages and bid record already on the deal stay as they were written.

This desk is not a court. It cannot reverse a cash or mobile-money payment we never held. While a deal is in dispute, the parties cannot cancel it out from under staff. Serious fraud can be reported to the appropriate authority.
