List only items you have the right to sell. Describe them honestly, including faults.
Do not list illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeits, weapons, explosives, drugs, or anything meant to defraud a buyer.
Do not post listings or messages that harass people, or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
Keep deals on mr.bid messages when you can. Do not ask for passwords, OTPs, or PINs. Staff will never ask for them.
Meet in public, inspect the item, then pay the other person directly. mr.bid does not hold funds.
Report a listing from its page, or send a note from Contact. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
