Do not list anything you do not have the right to sell, and do not list anything the law or these rules forbid. A competitor listing something on another site does not make it lawful on mr.bid.

What stays off the marketplace

Do not list illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeits sold as genuine, weapons, explosives, drugs, or anything meant to defraud a buyer. Do not list sexual content involving anyone under 18. Do not use another company's mark in a way that would make a buyer think the item is official when it is not.

Reports and removal

Report a listing from its page when it breaks these rules. A copyright or brand-rights notice is a different form on the Copyright notice page. Staff may remove a listing and restrict an account when the law or these rules require it. Three or more copyright notices on the same seller are flagged for review; that is not an automatic ban.
