These Terms of use are the agreement between you and mr.bid Ghana when you browse, register, list, bid, message, buy, or otherwise use this website. Related pages — Privacy, Cookies, Seller terms, Buyer terms, Auction rules, and the other policies on the Legal page — are part of this agreement when they apply to what you are doing.

What mr.bid is

mr.bid Ghana is a venue. It connects people who want to buy with people who want to sell. The contract for each sale is between the buyer and the seller. We do not guarantee that an item matches its listing, that it will be delivered, or that the other person will pay. We do not hold marketplace funds and we do not run a member wallet.

We are not the seller of a member listing unless we say so in writing on that listing. Cash, bank transfer, and mobile money happen between you and the other party. Optional fees you pay to mr.bid — promotions, Professional Seller, or a manual-escrow service fee — are separate from the item price.

Your account

You must be able to enter a binding contract. Keep your email and password to yourself. Do not share one-time codes, PINs, or recovery phrases. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may ask you to confirm your email, and we may ask for an authenticator code if you turn that on.

Creating an account records that you accepted the current Terms and Privacy. Selling, bidding, Buy Now, redeeming rewards, paying for a promotion, or starting Professional Seller can record further policies that apply to that action. You can still browse listings without those extra records.

Using the marketplace

List only items you have the right to sell. Describe them honestly, including faults. Do not place a bid unless you intend to complete the purchase if you win. Keep deal talk on mr.bid messages when you can so there is a record. Do not ask other members for passwords, OTPs, or PINs. Staff will never ask for those.

Bids, offers, messages, and the steps you take on a deal are records of your activity. We may remove a listing, restrict a feature, or suspend an account when these terms, the law, or the safety of other users require it.

Changes

If we publish a new version of a policy you already accepted, we will ask you to accept the current version before you sell, bid, or use Buy Now. Using mr.bid after that change, or accepting the notice we show you, means you agree to the current version.

MR.BID GH LTD operates mr.bid Ghana. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
