1. Meet in public
Choose a busy place when you can, and inspect the item before you pay. Do not send money to someone you have not agreed terms with on mr.bid.
2. Keep the record
Use mr.bid messages for price and handover. Staff will never ask for passwords, OTPs, or bank PINs.
3. Report a problem
Report a listing from its page, or a seller from the shop. That opens a Safety case. Contact support is a different queue for help tickets.
4. Disputes
Open a dispute from the deal conversation. mr.bid does not hold funds, so it cannot reverse a mobile-money or cash payment.
