mr.bid Rewards is a points ledger. Points are not Ghana cedis, not cash, and not a wallet. They cannot be withdrawn to a bank or mobile-money account. Creating an account does not earn points.

When Rewards is on

Staff turn Rewards on at Settings. Until then the member Rewards page does not pay points. When it is on, the homepage can show the signed-in member's real balance. The browser cannot credit points. Points are granted after a real event — a completed deal, feedback, an auction win, a verified shop, a first live listing, or a qualified referral — and only once for that event.

Spending and losing points

You spend points on a live listing you own: a bump that refreshes the listed time, or a featured slot. That is a listing boost, not a payout and not a fee payment to mr.bid. Earn lots expire (three hundred and sixty-five days unless staff set another period). Oldest unexpired lots are used first. Points can be cancelled when referrals or accounts are fraudulent. Redeeming follows the campaign rules shown on the Rewards page.
