Before you pay

Meet in public. Inspect the item before you pay. Do not pay for something you have not seen unless you accept that risk yourself. mr.bid does not hold funds. Pay the other person directly by the method you both agreed.

Do not share passwords, one-time codes, PINs, or crypto recovery phrases. Staff will never ask for those. A listing or message that asks for them is a reason to report the account from the listing or shop.

Reports

Report a listing or seller from that page when you see a scam, a prohibited item, or abuse. A copyright notice is a different form. Staff review the case. A report is not a refund. We cannot reverse a cash or mobile-money payment we never held.
